Bucolico Training

Building Community Resilience through Communication & Technology

The innovative approach to training here is to move away from traditional training creation, where the trainer acts as an ex-cathedra expert and passes on the expertise to the trainees; the approach that will be used here is that the trainer leads to a meeting situation: role model - an experienced entrepreneur with NEETs and allows NEETs to know and experience what the entrepreneur has experienced and achieved. The trainer then guides the participants through the process of recognizing their own potential and planning their own future. The trainer uses coaching methods to a large extent here. The experienced entrepreneur acts as a mentor for future entrepreneurs. The expected impact on NEETs participating the training is recognizing their own potential and planning their own future. the expected impact of trainers is to access new techniques and forms of training that are more relevant to the challenges of working with NEETs. The transferability potential is the ability to adapt training to youth work in the VET sector.

IO3: BUCOLICO SENIOR DIGITAL & ENTREPRENEURSHIP PACKAGE

An innovative digital and entreprenerial training model to be built up on the basis of adults (30-64) and seniors (+65) needs. This training model will be free, online, installed on a learning platform, developed by the partners to provide essential information, knowledge and resources needed for adult institution staff responsible to implement digital and entreprenerial training sector (DET).

Each partner organisation will contribute to the creation of fast-adaptive, user-friendly professional materials that can quickly provide the adult teachers with quick knowledge of the changing world. Moreover, for each section there will be a short evaluating test covering the material in that training.

The objective is to empower adult education institutions/schools all over Europe to become more “independent” in creating quality DET programs, having access to an open-source model and follow the special training paths created for adults (30-64) and seniors (+65).
